ME

Hey everyone, I'm Natiska, Tiska, T or whichever you prefer!

I am a 22-year-old who loves traveling the world, keeping fit, maintaing a strong well being, working hard and studying human psychology. I graduated Uni with a first class in 2018 and I am now doing a masters in NLP whilst working in the design industry! I hope my blog can inspire you to be healthy, seek adventure and love yourself unconditionally.

TRAVEL

I have grown up travelling the world with my family – every school holiday was time for a new experience and now I’m a true wanderluster! So far I have been to 6 continents and 60+ Countries so I thought it would be fun to start sharing my crazy adventures with you guys!

I love all types of travel – for me its about a mixture. From working with schools in Zambia to standing on a shed of glass in the Chicago Sears Tower to beach breaks in the Maldives to diving with hammerheads in the Galapagos islands. I like to mix it up – a little bit of living on the edge adrenaline and adventure, some community work, some beach relaxation and of course a little bit of partying!

For me its all about the people you meet, experiencing different cultures, trying new yummy foods and making memories that last a lifetime. I’m always up for any anything and everything. Every corner of the earth has it’s own magical charm. I love to hear people’s stories. Some of the most simplistic ways of living have brought such valuable lessons to my life. It’s often not about the destination for me, it’s about new lessons and a new way of seeing things.

FITNESS

It’s safe to say that I am a bit of a crazy sportswoman! I was a gymnast from the age of four training 20+ hours a week along with being a ballerina, 100m sprinter, Kungfuer and swimmer! Nowadays you’ll find me in the gym, cycling, boxing or doing marathon prep running around the streets of London. Training makes me feel great, I always say… you can never ever feel nothing other than amazing after a work out.

I offer personal training services for anyone who dares to be defeated.

I spend my free time watching sport – any sport – I love it! For me, exercise is my ritual, it allows me to retain a positive mindset, change state in times of need and most of all, it makes me feel alive. Training has organically become of my daily routine, the day simply doesn’t feel right without it. Exercise really is a celebration of what our bodies can do!

Healthy body = Healthy mind and Healthy mind = Healthy body. Hey, we only get one body in our lifetime. Our bodies are our home, it’s so important to take care of them.

WELLBEING & NLP

Mindset and wellbeing are a huge part of my life. Taking care of my mental state is one of the most important things to me. I am able to achieve so much more when I have a clear, positive and strong mind.

I start the day with meditation and breathing practices. I am strong believer that you should start as you mean to go on. So, I like to start the day with a centred and peaceful mind as I am then a lot more likely to be able to project positivity into my day. In addition to this I like to take care of my wellbeing. For me, this works by eating well, training, taking time to look after myself, gratitude journalling, dog walking, spending time with loved ones, being around people and laughing! These things are important for me to do in order to stay balanced.

In addition, I am now a qualified master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is the practice of understanding how people organise their feelings, thoughts, language and behaviour to produce the results they do. It provides a methodology for people to model outstanding performances achieved by leaders in their field. NLP is about awakening people to realise that they have all the resources they need within themselves to achieve anything they desire. A coach once told me that the most valuable investment you can ever make is in ‘becoming a master of yourself’. I hope to help people become rulers of their mind. ‘Positive thinking and a positive attitude attracts prosperity, peace and happiness. It also exposes us to towards the path of achievements and success’. You are capable of anything. So… watch this space!
